STEP 1: Submit your Abstract (deadline: 31 March 2020)
- Your Abstract should be in accordance with the “Abstract template”.
- Your Abstract will be reviewed by one Reviewer (blind-review).
- You will receive the decision about your Abstract on 5 April 2020.
- Please, follow the suggestions of the Reviewer (if any).

STEP 2: Present your Paper at the Conference (5 May 2020)
- Presentation time: 15 minutes per paper + 15 minutes for discussion.
- Receive feedback from the participants of the Conference.
STEP 3: Submit your full Paper (deadline: 15 May 2020)
- Your Paper should be in accordance with the “Paper template”.
- Your Paper must not exceed 16 pages in length, including Figures, Tables and List of References.
- Your paper should take under consideration the feedback provided during the Conference.
- Your Paper will be reviewed by two Reviewers (blind-review).
- You will receive the mandatory revisions, on 31 May 2020.
- Please, follow the suggestions of the Reviewers (if any).

STEP 4: Submit your Final Revised Paper (deadline: 30 June 2020)
- Your Revised Paper should be in accordance with the “Paper template”.
- Your Revised Paper will be reviewed by the Chair of the Conference, to ensure that you successfully replied to the comments of the anonymous Reviewers.
- Your Revised Paper must not exceed 16 pages in length, including Figures, Tables and List of References.

- The decision about whether you Paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings or at one of the cooperating Journals will be announced on 15 July 2020.
